About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify customers’ needs and provide practical, objective solutions in accordance with the procedures for the relevant product and/or service
- Handle different types of situations raised by customers during each interaction
- Use systems to record and process customer interactions
- Resolve and monitor consumer requests
- Provide support via chat or voice

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and typing skills
- Possess all documents required for hiring (e.g., voter registration card for everyone and military service certificate for men)
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Availability to work on-site and remotely
- Easy access to the Atento Macaíba Unit
