Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and typing
Possess all documents required for employment, such as a voter registration card for all candidates and a military reservist certificate for men
Availability to work flexible hours
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Availability to work on-site and remotely
Easy access to the Atento Del Castilho Unit in Rio de Janeiro
