About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify customer needs and provide practical, objective solutions in accordance with product and/or service procedures
- Handle the various types of situations raised by customers during each interaction
- Use systems to record and process customer interactions
- Resolve and monitor customer requests
- Provide support via chat or voice
- Communicate clearly at every customer touchpoint
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and typing skills
- Must have all documents required for employment (e.g., voter registration card for everyone and military reservist certificate for men)
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work on-site and remotely
- Easy access to the Atento Macaíba Unit
