About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify customers’ needs and provide support in accordance with product and/or service procedures
- Handle different types of situations during each customer interaction

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and typing proficiency
- Possess all documents required for hiring (e.g., voter registration card for everyone and military reservist certificate for men)
- Schedule flexibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands effectively
