About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound customer service interactions with sales, identifying customer needs, answering questions, completing procedures, and offering products and/or services
- Handle various types of situations raised by customers
- Identify customer needs and provide practical, objective solutions in accordance with product and/or service procedures
- Sell products and services
- Provide call center support to offer voice or data telecommunications services and products
- Work with service packages for residential or mobile telephone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber-optic services
- Use systems to record and process customer interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Negotiation and argumentation skills
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency
- Availability to complete online training
- Must have a computer or laptop for the training
- Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana location
- Preferably live near the Atento Feira de Santana location
