About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the outcomes generated by AI Agents for customers by defining and delivering impact metrics
- Identify new automation opportunities that create value
- Lead the entire AI Agent deployment lifecycle, from pre-sales scoping and kickoff through launch and post-implementation optimization
- Design, build, test, and evolve AI Agents in partnership with FDEs, using Cresta’s internal tools and advanced technologies to maximize customer ROI
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects regarding AI Agents
- Build strategic relationships and help customers accelerate results
- Lead workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders to align on use cases, workflows, and success criteria
- Gather feedback to improve the platform
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure successful implementations and develop new capabilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, contributing to platform tools and improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product Management, or Customer Success, preferably working with AI- or Large Language Model (LLM)-based products
- Hands-on, action-oriented profile with curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs and bottlenecks while delivering solutions with speed and excellence
- Experience leading complex implementations, managing customer relationships—including executives and senior stakeholders—and working in cross-functional teams
- Strong technical understanding and systems thinking
- Familiarity with developing AI Agents; personal projects are also considered
- Comfortable working in highly ambiguous environments, learning quickly, and adapting to startup contexts
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence, automation, and transforming the customer experience
- Preferred: prior experience in Product Management, Conversation Design, or Forward Deployed Engineering
- Preferred: experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies
- Preferred: knowledge of customer support operations and contact centers
