About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems, including APIs, databases, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
- Optimize performance through prompt tuning, configuration adjustments, and continuous monitoring.
- Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects to present solutions and gather feedback.
- Plan and track projects, ensuring delivery within established deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
- Support clients in adopting AI solutions by providing technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Golang.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of frameworks for developing AI agents.
- Experience with Function Calling and intelligent-agent orchestration.
- Experience working on digital transformation and AI-based automation projects.
- Experience in agile, cross-functional environments.
