About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for priority athenaOne initiatives
- Translate business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear plans and deliverables
- Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to drive cross-functional GTM execution
- Align stakeholders on objectives, timelines, messaging, and responsibilities
- Support an always-on athenaOne GTM approach that builds sustained market understanding and demand
- Translate strategic direction and ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, recommendations, and action
- Develop messaging, sales presentations, one-pagers, and other core collateral
- Connect product stories across Clinicals, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Engagement, Platform, and other product areas into a cohesive athenaOne narrative
- Maintain understanding of product innovation across the athenaOne portfolio
- Reflect priority features and capabilities in portfolio messaging and GTM strategies
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and marketing teams to create commercial resources and programs
- Collaborate with Customer Advocacy and CSM teams to develop year one customer and boomerang stories
- Analyze seller feedback, customer and prospect conversations, win/loss insights, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance
- Conduct targeted research and analysis across the buyer journey
- Establish feedback loops with Sales and commercial stakeholders
- Support recurring commercial performance reviews and retrospectives
- Deploy triannual release messaging updates across market-facing endpoints and sales assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience in healthcare technology
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for complex B2B products, platforms, or portfolios
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex products and concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to independently move complex, cross-functional work forward
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder groups
- Ability to synthesize customer, market, competitive, and commercial insights into actionable recommendations
- Intellectual curiosity and strong judgment
- Track record of asking thoughtful questions and turning ambiguous direction into tangible outcomes
