About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support multiple AG1 business units within the Accounting department
Track and record inventory movements across producers, manufacturers, 3PLs, and end customers
Ensure accurate inventory levels between NetSuite and the global 3PL and co-manufacturer network
Evaluate purchase price and quantity variances and communicate downstream impacts of price changes
Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain on inventory fluctuations, risks, and opportunities
Account for cash payment flows from customer acquisition through bank deposit
Reconcile revenue streams in multiple countries to regional sales orders
Perform treasury activities, including cash reporting, monitoring and funding cash accounts, assisting with wire transfers, and recording journal entries
Cross-train on Cash, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Accruals, and Leases
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts using FloQast and NetSuite ERP
Identify process improvements and accounting controls while supporting international expansion

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of general accounting experience
Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail
Manufacturing, inventory accounting, and inventory GL reconciliation experience is a plus
Familiarity with standard costing or average costing is a plus
Strong technical accounting background
Working knowledge of ASC 330 (Inventory) and ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)
Big 4 experience
Active CPA license
CPG industry experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams
Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
