About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial management leadership and strategic decision support to Consumer Segment and Line of Business leadership
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor and business partner
- Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and business outcomes
- Conduct financial analysis and decision support
- Lead planning and forecasting activities
- Support incentive plans
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities to inform tactical and strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial results and underlying business drivers
- Develop recommendations related to profitability, productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance
- Oversee business unit financial reporting
- Partner with Corporate Finance teams on financial models, reporting, and decision-support capabilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the assigned finance team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Typically requires mastery level knowledge and skills within the assigned discipline
- Typically requires 10+ years prior leadership experience
- Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas
- Broad financial management background with experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support
- Financial services industry experience and knowledge; relevant banking and finance experience strongly preferred
- Strong strategic and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to communicate financial insights and influence senior and executive-level business leaders
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
