Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide financial management leadership and strategic decision support to Consumer Segment and Line of Business leadership
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor and business partner
  • Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and business outcomes

  • Oversee business unit financial reporting

  • Provide leadership and direction to the assigned finance team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Typically requires mastery level knowledge and skills within the assigned discipline
  • Broad understanding of areas within the job function
  • Typically requires 10+ years prior leadership experience
  • Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas
  • Broad financial management background with experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support
  • Financial services industry experience and knowledge
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate financial insights and influence senior and executive-level business leaders
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
