About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, debug, and implement cross-domain and globally scalable software platforms
Support end-user needs across various applications
Create product roadmaps
Define technical requirements
Develop platform architecture
Provide technical documentation, guidance, and support on platform capabilities
Conduct requirements analysis and high-level design/modeling
Write software code using programming, scripting, and/or database languages
Plan and conduct software testing
Analyze test results and track/report risk levels during test execution
Manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision
Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Typically requires 5–6+ years of nCino, Salesforce, Surefire, Jungo, Pipedrive, or similar lending/CRM platforms development experience
In-depth knowledge of the job area
Relevant technical experience
Proficiency with applicable systems, tools, technologies, and/or certifications
Ability to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision
Ability to coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
