About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, review, and maintain wholesale loan documentation according to approved loan terms, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Verify borrower, organizational, collateral, and supporting documentation
Ensure disclosures, regulatory documents, and supporting information are included, filed, and maintained
Review loan documentation packages and coordinate corrections with internal partners
Process loan-related transactions and documentation updates in applicable systems
Maintain accurate loan records throughout the loan lifecycle
Support quality control by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
Analyze non-routine situations and recommend solutions
Participate in process improvement efforts
Meet service level, quality, and productivity expectations
Serve as a resource for less experienced teammates
Assist with training and onboarding activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 5+ years of relevant experience
Vocational or technical training may be required
Experience reviewing, preparing, or maintaining wholesale loan documentation preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies
Ability to review borrower, organizational, collateral, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Ability to identify and resolve documentation discrepancies
Ability to process loan-related transactions and documentation updates in applicable systems
Ability to analyze non-routine situations and recommend appropriate solutions
Ability to meet service level, quality, and productivity expectations
Ability to support teammates through knowledge sharing, training, and onboarding
