About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a client portfolio with a focus on expansion, increasing the hotels’ share of the client’s business, and maximizing margin and net sales.
- Support, guide, and train Assistants, Analysts, Executives, and Account Manager I professionals in development.
- Officially represent AHI at industry forums, events, and associations, including ABRACORP, TMG, ALAGEV, GMVG, GRVRS, GVNE, and Meetings Corp.
- Monitor KPIs, manage the sales funnel, and perform numerical analyses to guide profitable action plans.
- Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and direct consultative leads to the hotels in the network.
- Manage commercial proposals and final contracts, taking distribution channels into account to protect the negotiated margin.
- Connect the sales team, hotel operations teams, and other AHI corporate departments.
- Build partnerships with clients and market players, and mediate conflicts with resilience and emotional intelligence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Revenue Management (RM), Digital Marketing, People Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the commercial dynamics of the hotel industry, Distribution, and Revenue Management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Strong strategic vision.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Time management skills.
