About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop campaign and ad hoc initiative briefs based on the team's guidelines.
Track communications projects, including timelines, review rounds, approval workflows, and publications.
Serve as the operational liaison with agencies and suppliers by submitting requests, monitoring deadlines, and organizing deliverables.
Support and liaise with internal departments and hotels, receiving and organizing communications requests.
Provide support to the communications teams at the network's hotels, advising on the use of materials and brand guidelines.
Act as the agency's point of contact for managing social media customer service, answering questions, gathering information, escalating sensitive cases, and reporting recurring topics.
Produce ad hoc content and PowerPoint presentations for the team.
Design, administer, and tabulate surveys, consolidating results into reports.
Support influencer management, including profile mapping, database organization, and tracking deliverables and publications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Initial experience in communications or marketing (internship or up to two years of professional experience).
Strong writing skills and excellent command of Portuguese.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and a customer-service mindset when working with internal departments, hotels, and suppliers.
Experience at a communications or advertising agency (preferred).
Interest in hospitality, tourism, or loyalty programs (preferred).
Knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms (preferred).
Basic Canva skills for making minor adjustments to presentations and creative assets (preferred).
Experience with survey tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms (preferred).
