About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the layover reservations process, administering daily occupancy and rooms available for sale
  • Maximize property revenue
  • Update partner portals (airlines)
  • Enter confirmed reservations into hotel systems
  • Maintain and facilitate the relationship between clients (airlines) and hotels (Operations/Housekeeping)
  • Contact clients to offer better rates and an excellent experience
  • Offer partners the best reservation options based on availability and daily strategies (availability and yield/fluctuation)
  • Provide partners with information during requests and support the Sales teams
  • Ensure the accurate entry of available rooms in partner/airline systems
  • Ensure the accurate entry of reservations in the VHF TOTVS PMS
  • Liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure guests have a smooth stay
  • Strategically offer available rooms at the best rate defined by Revenue Management
  • Handle inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • 1–3 years of experience in the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
