About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify user needs (customers, partners, support, and R&D) and translate them into product opportunities
  • Design features using a user-centric approach (UX/UI)
  • Create or oversee functional mockups (wireframes and prototypes)
  • Challenge functional and technical decisions with the teams
  • Integrate generative AI tools for user research, mockups, ideation, and specification development
  • Build and manage the product roadmap
  • Write and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog
  • Set priorities based on business, technical, and regulatory considerations
  • Participate in decision-making and trade-off discussions with management
  • Consolidate the release plan and estimates
  • Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives
  • Facilitate coordination between product and development teams and stakeholders
  • Remove operational blockers and streamline communication
  • Adapt agile practices to the realities of an SME
  • Help foster a product and agile culture
  • Monitor development progress
  • Ensure the functional quality of deliverables
  • Lead validation and acceptance phases
  • Collaborate with technical teams through a co-creation approach
  • Leverage AI tools for test cases, functional checks, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Engineering, Business School, or University)
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management / product ownership
  • Proven experience in a software or IT environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of technical environments, including operating systems, enterprise networks, and IT architectures
  • Excellent product design skills (UX / functional design)
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt them as needed
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and synthesis skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Experience in cybersecurity or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of Windows environments (networking, Active Directory, deployment, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DevOps / CI/CD tools
  • Strong interest in product design and user experience
  • Interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools applied to software development
