About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute communication cadence with partners, customers, and vendors
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities and expanding business relationships
  • Use internal health measurement tools and analytics to ensure account transparency and performance
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to increase product adoption and maximize value
  • Collaborate with internal teams on inventory, billing, and invoice integrity
  • Maintain knowledge of customer contracts, including MSAs and SLAs
  • Lead service reviews and ensure contractual obligations are met or exceeded
  • Understand customer needs and align resources to drive growth and expansion
  • Cultivate executive relationships and identify account growth and renewal opportunities
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate internally to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, Account Management, and Solution Sales
  • Strong leadership, technical, operations, business, and financial acumen
  • Passion for quality customer service and customer advocacy
  • Ability to work independently and with technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including communication with C-level executives
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients and manage complex accounts
  • Experience negotiating contracts, renewals, and managing high-value accounts
  • Technical proficiency with cloud, IT services, and related technologies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • CCSM, ITIL, PMP, or other industry-related credentials preferred
