About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage attendee registration and customer service, including responding to attendee inquiries via phone and email
  • Build, update, and maintain registration content, forms, and attendee-facing communications
  • Maintain attendee databases, conduct quality assurance reviews, and prepare reports
  • Draft content for registration websites, event communications, and event collateral
  • Coordinate event materials, including printing, packing, shipping, inventory management, and onsite distribution
  • Support client communication and day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Participate in client meetings and internal planning calls
  • Document action items and follow-up tasks
  • Assist with venue, vendor, destination, and activity research
  • Support travel and logistics coordination for attendees, speakers, and event teams
  • Provide onsite event support, including registration management, attendee assistance, material distribution, and operational execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate event coordination
  • Demonstrated experience supporting attendee registration and reporting processes
  • Experience developing content for event registration websites and attendee communications
  • Experience providing attendee customer service and managing participant inquiries
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to travel onsite for events as assignments require
  • Flexibility to support varying workloads and project schedules throughout the year
  • Availability to support remote project work and occasional travel for onsite event execution
  • Independent contractor status
