About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead technology projects and programs from intake and initial scoping through execution, quality assessment, delivery, and closure
  • Lead client-facing implementations and feature delivery for enterprise accounts
  • Lead internal cross-platform projects such as platform modernization, data migration, and compliance work
  • Own and maintain project plans aligned with client business objectives and organizational goals
  • Resolve resource constraints, scope conflicts, and change requests within a shared governance structure
  • Manage design, definition, build, and implementation across concurrent short- and long-term projects
  • Manage project tasks, dependencies, and communications
  • Work with Systems Analysts and engineering leads on requirements and process documentation
  • Build trusted relationships with client contacts, external partners, and internal teams
  • Use and refine AI-driven plans, schedules, project documentation, reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and handle client data responsibly
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve team efficiency
  • Follow and improve PMO delivery standards and share new practices with the PMO team
  • Collaborate across engineering, QA, data, DevOps, and client-facing teams without direct authority
  • Run sprint planning, present portfolio status to executives, explain change-order impacts to clients, and analyze effects on program profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience, or Associate’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional or project management context, with examples of measurable improvements to efficiency or delivery speed
  • Experience managing client-facing technology projects in a B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environment
  • Complex multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements strongly preferred
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification is a plus but not required
  • Incentive, loyalty, engagement, or marketing technology industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical client and executive audiences
  • Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI outputs to improve project outcomes and critically evaluate AI-generated insights
  • Working familiarity with modern SDLC practices, including CI/CD, release management, and QA gates
  • Technical literacy regarding APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud environments
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
  • No visa sponsorship available now or in the future
