About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to develop event production strategies supporting program objectives and audience engagement
  • Lead planning and execution of stage design, scenic concepts, lighting, audio, video, graphics, presentation support, speaker content, and show flow
  • Develop and manage run of show documentation, production schedules, technical timelines, and show-related deliverables
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring event concepts and content to life
  • Guide speaker preparation, presentation development, rehearsals, and onsite speaker support
  • Lead production-focused client conversations and provide recommendations, solutions, and best practices
  • Manage production budgets and align solutions with financial parameters
  • Source and manage production vendors, technical partners, freelancers, and other resources
  • Conduct venue assessments and technical reviews
  • Lead production meetings, rehearsals, technical walkthroughs, and program dry runs
  • Coordinate integration of content, graphics, video, technical elements, and show flow
  • Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions
  • Serve as key onsite production lead
  • Stay current on live-events production trends, technology, and best practices
  • Support production planning and solution development for new business opportunities
  • Participate actively in staff and team meetings
  • Represent Augeo Experience's brand in the community, industry, and with clients
  • Travel approximately 30% and work extended hours during onsite event execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, event production, technical production, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of stage production, scenic design, lighting, audio, video, graphics, speaker support, and show flow development
  • Experience leading production workstreams or serving as a production lead on client-facing programs
  • Experience working directly with clients and presenting ideas, recommendations, and solutions
  • Experience developing and managing event production budgets
  • Experience managing production vendors and external partners
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating changing priorities
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work nontraditional hours based on event schedules
  • Candidates must be based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
