About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technology projects and programs from intake and scoping through execution, quality assessment, delivery, and closure
- Lead client-facing implementations and feature delivery for enterprise accounts
- Lead internal cross-platform projects such as platform modernization, data migration, and compliance initiatives
- Own and maintain project plans aligned with client business objectives and organizational goals
- Resolve resource constraints, scope conflicts, and change requests within a shared governance structure
- Lead the full project lifecycle across design, definition, build, and implementation
- Manage tasks, dependencies, and communications for concurrent short- and long-term projects
- Build trusted relationships with client contacts, external partners, and internal teams
- Govern a portfolio of projects across enterprise client accounts
- Track interdependencies, resolve resource conflicts, and manage shared resources across teams
- Prioritize and communicate portfolio status in alignment with organizational strategy
- Present portfolio status to executives and explain change-order impacts on scope and timeline
- Analyze change-order impacts on program profitability
- Use and refine AI-driven plans, schedules, project documentation, reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and handle client data responsibly
- Proactively evaluate emerging technologies to improve team efficiency
- Teach and improve PMO delivery processes and standards
- Share new practices with the PMO team
- Run sprint planning with engineering teams and make early risk calls to keep programs on schedule and on budget

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience, or Associate’s degree with 10+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional or project management context, with examples of measurable improvements to efficiency or delivery speed
- Experience managing client-facing technology projects in a B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environment
- Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive alignment across engineering, QA, data, and client-facing teams without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical client and executive audiences
- Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience applying AI outputs to improve project outcomes, with critical judgment to recognize incomplete AI-generated insights
- Experience with modern SDLC practices, including CI/CD, release management, and QA gates
- Technical literacy regarding APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud environments
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification is a plus but not required
- Complex multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements strongly preferred
- Incentive, loyalty, engagement, or marketing technology industry knowledge is a plus
