Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media and content creation, including internships, freelance work, or experience building your own channels
  • Comfort on camera is required; confidence and natural delivery on screen
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for content ideation, writing, editing, production, and data collection
  • Understanding of the culture, trends, and mechanics of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Portfolio or examples of on-camera or social-first content
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • Eastern Timezone preferred
  • Must be based in the United States
