About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide in-house digital expertise across Auriens and Draycott
  • Lead internal paid media briefs, budget recommendations, testing agendas and performance reviews across paid digital channels
  • Work with specialist media agencies on planning, buying and optimisation
  • Set priorities for website UX, conversion, forms and lead capture
  • Manage web development partners and help shape future website migration or redevelopment
  • Oversee technical and performance SEO with specialist partners
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, attribution, GA4 and dashboards provide reliable performance reporting
  • Measure cost per qualified lead and the quality of enquiries generated by each channel
  • Ensure websites, CRM, forms and marketing platforms integrate reliably and data flows correctly
  • Oversee CRM system architecture, integrations, tracking, data quality and reporting
  • Ensure digital measurement and data collection comply with privacy, consent and regulatory requirements
  • Manage media, web and SEO agencies and suppliers through clear briefs, recommendation reviews and performance oversight
  • Report to the Group Marketing Director and work alongside the Marketing Managers for Auriens and Draycott

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or digital experience roles
  • Clear responsibility for performance and commercial outcomes
  • Strong paid media knowledge, including assessing media plans, interrogating performance, challenging optimisation decisions and making budget recommendations
  • Strong understanding of website optimisation, UX, conversion and SEO
  • Experience briefing, managing or working alongside development and specialist partners
  • Strong understanding of analytics and measurement, including GA4, tracking, tagging, attribution and dashboards
  • Ability to identify measurement gaps and assess whether setup and reporting are fit for purpose
  • Good understanding of CRM and marketing technology, particularly integrations, data flows, segmentation capability and reporting
  • Experience managing external agencies, suppliers or client relationships
  • Ability to turn digital performance data and specialist recommendations into clear decisions for non-digital colleagues
  • Desirable: agency-side experience in performance media, digital strategy, digital experience or client leadership
  • Desirable: experience in property, healthcare, private education, luxury or financial services
  • Desirable: experience across more than one brand, reporting tools, and collaboration with Sales and a lead-management pipeline
  • Comfortable working in a small team and as the internal digital expert alongside Marketing Managers and specialist agency partners
