About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide care in clients' homes according to their specific diagnosis needs and individual care plans
- Support clients with complex needs, including post-operative care, complex medication management, IV infusions, wound management and dressing, and end-of-life care
- Communicate effectively with clients and build strong, lasting relationships
- Work closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team
- Keep accurate, factual written accounts of client time via the care management app
- Be aware of clients' emotional and spiritual needs
- Observe and follow Draycott Nursing's Health and Safety policy
- Support clients to live independently in their own homes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified Nurse (Band 5 and above)
- Valid NMC PIN (Required)
- Previous experience working in domiciliary care (desirable but not a requirement)
- Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as a mandatory requirement, or show proof of being current on the Update Service
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship
