About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the dedicated operations partner for Autodesk's Enterprise Customer Sales business
  • Embed with senior Enterprise Sales and Customer Success leadership as the primary operations accountability point
  • Diagnose and resolve high-impact operational and business challenges across systems, functions, and organizational boundaries
  • Interface with Revenue Operations and supporting organizations
  • Understand sales processes, execution gaps, and ground-level friction points
  • Diagnose operational problems through field engagement and drive solutions
  • Identify systemic issues from field conversations, business performance, and stakeholder input, and act on them
  • Reframe ambiguous problems into clear, solvable questions and align senior stakeholders
  • Own operational issues end-to-end and coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance as needed
  • Build and run operational rhythms including status reviews, escalation loops, issue tracking, and field feedback channels
  • Build business cases, pressure-test logic, align stakeholders, and present recommendations
  • Prioritize enterprise-aligned field requests
  • Represent the Enterprise Sales field perspective in annual planning, segmentation design, coverage model changes, and policy development
  • Synthesize field patterns to influence Revenue Operations program design and resourcing
  • Prepare and deliver operational context for leadership reviews, owning the narrative

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related business partner role at an enterprise technology company
  • Direct experience supporting VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in an embedded, field-facing capacity
  • Deep understanding of at least one sales motion: enterprise sales, expansion, or commercial/emerging business
  • Strong problem-solving orientation; ability to diagnose friction, define root causes, and drive cross-functional resolution
  • Top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent in-house strategy experience is a strong signal
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales and operational tooling
  • Comfortable with data and able to identify when numbers do not add up
  • Ability to get things done without direct authority across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Comfortable making calls, taking ownership, and moving fast in complex organizations
  • Strong communication skills; ability to translate operational complexity into clear recommendations for field leaders and central operations teams
