Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the holistic product vision and strategy for AEC data powering Autodesk Forma industry cloud
Partner with business strategy and sales to align on market opportunities
Drive focus on customer needs, adoption, and business impact
Create and maintain roadmaps from concept through execution, delivery, post-release adoption, and business success
Establish and track strategic objectives, key results, and product health KPIs
Attract, scale, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners
Ensure cohesiveness and excellence in product management practices
Communicate strategy, facilitate alignment, and handle challenging situations with customers and internal stakeholders
Develop and manage relationships with customers across firms of all sizes and around the globe
Articulate product value and differentiate products from competitive offerings
Represent AEC Data Model products and Autodesk strategy at customer sites, conferences, and external venues
Lead product discovery to identify critical customer problems and assess value and viability risks
Work with engineering leadership to deliver solutions addressing customer problems
Use qualitative and quantitative data to fuel product decisions
Prioritize requirements, make trade-offs, and support release plans with Autodesk product teams
Foster stakeholder alignment and maximize joint outcomes
Report to the VP of AEC Data

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in product management
5+ years of experience managing a team of product managers
Passion for data and the impact digitalization can have on customers
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching software products
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams on sizeable cross-functional and cross-organizational projects
Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions and develop business strategies
Experience and comfort managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty
Mastery of taking very complex ideas and conveying them in a concise and impactful manner
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team
Ability to travel for work up to 25% of the time
MBA degree is preferred
Deep understanding of AEC industry technology is preferred
