About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and improve customer workflows, including scheduling, parts management, and reporting
Solve complex product problems involving dense data-heavy interfaces, large datasets, offline behavior, and multi-site scale
Shape architecture and engineering practices on newly formed teams
Simplify complex workflows on desktop and mobile
Ship features end to end from planning through production
Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape the team roadmap
Own the long-term reliability and performance of a feature area or system
Review code and mentor other developers
Improve tooling, testing, and delivery practices
Join a team of 5 to 10 people and participate in on-call rotation
Own a feature area or system outright within the first 6 months

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products
Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development
Track record of writing maintainable, testable code
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make progress before specifications are fully settled and adjust as needed
Daily use of AI tools in the development workflow
Nice to have: GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience
Additional valued experience: scheduling or calendar UIs, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or sync architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transactional systems
Participation in an on-call rotation
In-person onboarding and/or in-person ID verification may be required
