About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Vice President, Chief Architect of PDMS
  • Support the architecture organization and broader architecture community across PDMS
  • Advise the Chief Architect on strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment
  • Manage and drive the engagement model for architecture leadership, the Architecture Council, and key stakeholders
  • Track strategic roadmap initiatives, verify execution, and update dashboards
  • Help determine key performance indicators, process scope, and structure
  • Create, plan, and facilitate staff meetings and track follow-up actions
  • Create strategic written and spoken messaging to support collaboration across teams
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analytics to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Propose systems and processes to streamline operations
  • Manage budgets
  • Support organizational planning and growth
  • Partner with architects to establish plans and finalize deliverables
  • Participate in decision-making and influence outcomes
  • Own a limited area of responsibility, such as Program Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of program management or project management experience
  • Ability to deliver and improve global initiatives
  • Ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
  • Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across levels and geographies
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and delivering results through collaboration
  • Experience managing and executing project plans
  • Technical expertise preferred
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Slack, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Must be within commutable distance of an eligible office for this hybrid position
