About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and deliver impactful features
Build and maintain full-stack solutions, including backend services, APIs, and modern front-end interfaces
Develop AI-powered features to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and risk analysis
Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate development and improve code quality
Ensure performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of applications
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions
Mentor and support other developers while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional fullstack software development experience
Strong proficiency in modern web application development
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
Experience working in cloud-based environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
Preferred: Experience with Node.js, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
Preferred: Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Preferred: Experience building and deploying applications on AWS
Preferred: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, including developing AI-powered features and using AI tools and workflows to accelerate software delivery
