About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advocate for Agentic Process Automation and drive adoption across leading enterprises
  • Articulate technology, value, and service offerings to business and technical users
  • Identify technical solutions for assigned accounts throughout the sales process
  • Lead and manage the technology evaluation stage of sales
  • Position solutions around business outcomes, maximizing deal size and customer impact
  • Engage executive-level and technical stakeholders and align strategic goals with proposed solutions
  • Demonstrate and co-develop tailored integrations addressing client challenges
  • Lead client workshops and promote automation best practices
  • Participate in marketing and industry events and establish thought leadership
  • Design and implement internal and external frameworks enabling expansion into new markets and segments
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Share expertise on Agentic Automation, LLMs, RAG, OCR, RPA, and API integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced client solutions
  • Provide technical advocacy to position solutions competitively and communicate differentiated business value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field (required); advanced degrees are a plus
  • 4 years of overall professional experience, with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales/pre-sales roles within Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Generative AI, and/or related fields
  • Experience selling into industries and business departments such as Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, HR, Retail, and Life Sciences
  • Hands-on expertise in Business Process Automation platforms, including developing and deploying production automations
  • Proficiency in enterprise-grade application ecosystems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday, and Snowflake, and their integration within automation strategies
  • Familiarity with hyperscalers, AI tools, and foundation models, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Nvidia, Oracle, Anthropic, RAG, LLMs, and GPT-based technologies
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, emerging standards, and enterprise IT infrastructures
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on short notice
  • Ability to address C-level stakeholders and build product integrations across technologies
  • Experience across virtualization options, cloud providers, orchestration standards, and cognitive standards
  • Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Organized and analytical, with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive solutions
  • Candidates should generally be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
