About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
Build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation for vehicle safety and reliability
Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication
Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
Participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Achieve targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
A passion for cars and customer service
Attention to detail
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred
