Define standards and guide the design of complex systems, prioritizing robust .NET backends
Orchestrate communication between microservices using RabbitMQ
Ensure data-flow consistency and resilience
Establish and audit Clean Code, SOLID, and Design Patterns standards
Conduct high-level code reviews
Optimize applications for high availability and low latency
Address performance and infrastructure bottlenecks
Mentor senior and mid-level developers
Promote a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation
Refine CI/CD pipelines
Implement advanced monitoring and logging strategies
Lead the evolution of Auxiliadora Predial’s architecture and serve as a technical reference for development teams
Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with modern engineering best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep proficiency in C# and .NET 6, 7, or 8
Experience with Web APIs, Entity Framework, and parallel processing
Solid, mandatory experience with RabbitMQ, including queues, exchanges, and dead-lettering
Practical knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and data modeling
Experience with Docker and container orchestration
Proficiency in Git/GitHub
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
Experience with an API Gateway (Kong) is a plus
Experience with Redis for distributed caching is a plus
Experience migrating legacy systems to microservices architectures is a plus
Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve productivity or develop business solutions is a plus
Demonstrated initiative in proposing architectural changes
Ability to teach and raise the team’s technical capabilities
Ability to balance technical rigor with delivery and deadline requirements
