About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement operational goals related to software build, release, deployment, and configuration management
  • Ensure smooth and stable application implementation
  • Contribute to developing and refining software delivery processes, standards, and operational plans
  • Manage smaller application implementation projects and processes
  • Coordinate release schedules, automation improvements, and integration efforts
  • Analyze recurring deployment challenges involving system dependencies, infrastructure constraints, and quality assurance
  • Communicate with QA, IT operations, product, marketing, sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Interact with external partners, vendors, or customers to support implementation and troubleshoot deployment issues
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure e-commerce solutions using SAP Hybris
  • Develop robust e-commerce architecture aligned with business objectives and industry standards
  • Integrate the e-commerce platform with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, SSO, and third-party APIs
  • Support user profiles, shopping carts, payment processing, quotes, and order processing
  • Provide technical solutions and promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure solution quality, reliability, and scalability through unit testing, code reviews, and performance monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of E-Commerce development experience, including at least 3 years in SAP Hybris Commerce / SAP Cloud Commerce
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris Core Architecture, Backoffice Cockpits, Impex, SmartEdit, and PCM/Backoffice Customization
  • Knowledge of Zul backend development and Solr search index building/querying
  • In-depth knowledge of Hybris item types, product information management, and catalog structures
  • Understanding of order processes, payment, shipping, returns, customer profiles, segmentation, personalization, discount mechanisms, pricing rules, and promotions
  • Experience integrating Hybris with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and PIM
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, transactions, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, Angular, and/or React
  • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, ANT, MAVEN, and JUNIT
  • Knowledge of DOM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript OOP, MVC, responsive design, JavaScript/jQuery, and object-oriented concepts
  • Experience with application servers such as JBOSS or Tomcat
  • Experience working with Apache or Nginx
  • Knowledge of relational database structure and design using Azure SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency in Git for code management and collaboration
  • Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks
