About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement operational goals related to software build, release, deployment, and configuration management
  • Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans supporting efficient software delivery
  • Manage smaller application implementation projects and processes
  • Coordinate release schedules, automation improvements, and integration efforts
  • Analyze deployment challenges involving system dependencies, infrastructure constraints, and quality assurance measures
  • Communicate with QA, IT operations, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Interact with external partners, vendors, or customers to support implementation and troubleshoot deployment issues
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure composable e-commerce storefronts using SAP Spartacus on Angular
  • Develop robust and secure e-commerce storefronts aligned with business objectives and industry standards
  • Integrate e-commerce platforms with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, SSO, and third-party APIs
  • Work with user profiles, shopping carts, payment processing, quotes, and order processing
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions
  • Provide technical solutions and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability through unit testing, code reviews, and performance monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Spartacus and Angular
  • Deep understanding of Angular, including components, directives, services, dependency injection, and reactive programming
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, including type safety, interfaces, and modules
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud backend systems and APIs
  • Experience consuming and interacting with RESTful APIs
  • Proficiency in GitHub for code management and collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of Spartacus architecture, components, and best practices
  • Understanding of the OCC module for communicating with the SAP Commerce Cloud backend
  • Experience managing product, customer, and order data within Spartacus
  • Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing e-commerce experiences
  • Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks
  • Ability to optimize Spartacus applications for speed and responsiveness
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
