About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process monthly/quarterly commissions payouts in Spiff for Payroll processing and payment.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal Sales Operations deliverables pertaining to Sales Compensation, CRM/Sales data maintenance and/or Sales Reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, HR and key Sales stakeholders.
  • Review, calculate, and approve allocated commissions for payroll processing.
  • Support accurate and timely monthly/quarterly commission payments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a technical or business discipline.
  • 5+ years of Finance, Accounting or Sales Compensation experience preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize and aggregate large amounts of data, and subsequently summarize the data for executive consumption.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Commissions Software.
  • Strong Excel for financial analytics.
  • Immaculate attention to detail.
  • Advanced data management and analytical skills.
  • Strong financial and analytics capabilities.
