About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the main customer contact for helping customers achieve faster value, stronger adoption, and better business outcomes from AVEVA solutions
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts through success planning, regular engagement, and trusted stakeholder relationships
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to maximize customer value and support growth
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally and help drive continuous improvement across products and services
- Onboard customers by establishing relationships, educating them on AVEVA resources and services, setting expectations, identifying business goals, and accelerating deployment readiness
- Support deployment by defining architecture, prioritizing solution rollouts, recommending services or support, defining enterprise roadmaps, managing services budgets, and coordinating AVEVA services and resources
- Drive adoption by understanding customer business and operations, defining success plans, consulting on valuable AVEVA use cases, leveraging workshops, and promoting strategic AVEVA software
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to generate revenue
- Travel to customer sites approximately 25% annually
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in similar roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills on AVEVA core technologies, business initiatives and services or similar products
- Ability to work well with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong multi-tasking ability with a keen sense of prioritization
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills
- Experience with project and program management methodology and techniques
- Out-of-the-box thinking to deliver solutions and services tailored for individual customer profiles and situations
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Effective use and understanding of CRM systems, Office 365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Workday
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the process manufacturing and/or Engineering & Construction industry
- 3+ years of experience with AVEVA software products
- Experience with AVEVA Engineering products is an added advantage
- Industry knowledge in Oil & Gas, EPC, Power and Utilities, and Water & Wastewater
- Proficiency in more than one language is a strong asset
- Must undergo and pass a comprehensive background check
- Proof of work authorization may be required as part of the background check
