About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and validate persona-based scenarios and end-to-end workflows aligned with customer needs
- Enable and validate data flows across industrial systems, cloud platforms, and microservices architectures
- Design and execute manual and automated testing strategies for reliability, scalability, performance, and data integrity
- Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams on data requirements, integration points, and solution architecture
- Develop automation, performance testing, and validation frameworks
- Maintain documentation and leverage enterprise data from MES, SCADA, ERP, IoT, and engineering tools to generate insights and validate outcomes
- Rigorously test and daily monitor value realization propositions with automation for customer value
- Validate systems against user needs, business requirements, expected outcomes, customer expectations, and organizational standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer-focused mindset
- Experience in system integrations and solution validation
- Strong understanding of data flow automation, end-to-end integration, cloud testing, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in developing automation frameworks and tools using C#, TypeScript, and Python
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT with 8+ years of experience in platform testing, software development, system integration, and cloud/microservices environments (desired)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), performance testing, and system optimization techniques
- Knowledge of microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC, MQTT, REST)
- Knowledge of industrial data systems (MES, SCADA, ERP, IoT, engineering tools)
- Successful applicants must undergo and pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check
- Proof of work authorization and educational attainment may be required as part of background checks
