About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain controls procedures supporting system users globally
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems approval workflow processes
- Identify and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and performance
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and optimize processes
- Manage periodic re-certification of access controls
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, HR, and IT
- Support closure of internal and external audit management letter points
- Support internal projects as required
- Shape systems controls design, implementation, ongoing management, and continuous improvement
- Report to the Finance Systems Controls Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of financial and other controls
- Knowledge of systems such as Oracle, SAP, HFM, and WorkDay
- Experience of Governance, Risk and Controls systems/tools beneficial
- Experience of working with global and virtual teams
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative approach, with strong cultural empathy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Positive attitude and comfort managing ambiguity
- Successful applicants must pass drug screening and a comprehensive background check
- Proof of work authorization may be required
