About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver a higher level of service to clients
  • Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of clients’ e-Builder project management databases
  • Manage implementation schedules and custom reporting solutions
  • Coordinate and deliver training, including content and materials
  • Promote software adoption by uncovering user barriers or resistance
  • Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required
  • Lead implementation of change management and invoicing e-Builder processes
  • Lead integration of e-Builder with clients’ financial systems
  • Support the day-to-day operations of clients through technology consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of e-Builder experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: Experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
  • Preferred: Experience in data center construction
  • Preferred: Experience in the technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
  • Preferred: Experience in the customer service industry as it relates to software support
  • Experience with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma
  • Travel may be required up to 25%
  • Possibility of in-office client work
