Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee successful, seamless, on-schedule, and in-budget software project delivery
Work in complex and ambiguous environments
Develop and execute project plans with clients, including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
Communicate with and foster relationships among internal and external stakeholders
Identify and communicate risks to project outcomes
Deliver quality project deliverables on time
Prepare regular project status reports
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Analyze project data and metrics
Collaborate with enterprise organizations to support interoperability across teams and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years of technical project management experience in technology software implementation and lifecycle management
Ability to advise clients confidently in ambiguous and complex environments
Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work with various team styles
High EQ and responsive approach
Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to stakeholders
Ability to adapt to varied projects and demonstrate flexibility
Familiarity with schedule and project management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and MS Project
Ability to work on Dubai Time Zone
Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365
Construction, real estate, or technology experience preferred
Consulting experience preferred
Experience working with complex business organizations preferred
Ability to bring new thoughts and ideas to drive innovation and unique solutions
