About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take overall technical responsibility for an international high-performance engine development project
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate the Design, Application and Assembly teams
- Define technical requirements, development targets and validation activities
- Coordinate technical decisions, design reviews and problem-solving activities
- Manage technical risks, changes and interfaces
- Communicate technically with the customer, suppliers and international development partners
- Ensure performance, reliability, quality and timely technical delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 10 years of experience in automotive engine or powertrain development
- Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and engine development processes
- Experience in technical leadership and interdisciplinary team coordination
- Motorsport or high-performance engine experience is a strong advantage
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Very good Czech, English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
