About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Expedite critical orders
  • Communicate dispositions
  • Research and resolve issues and orders
  • Immediately manage customer complaints and product recalls
  • Approve and comprehensively manage related product returns and credit notes
  • Request technical product failure analyses, corrective actions, and failure-sample returns from the respective product manufacturer
  • Monitor customer deadlines and fulfillment of customer corrective actions
  • Perform sanity checks of error reports with technical experts, technical marketing, and QM
  • Analyze and manage re-invoicing and recalculations in ship & debit, including correcting inaccurate customer invoices
  • Identify, investigate, and participate in process and procedure improvement opportunities and key performance metrics
  • Maintain good customer relations and resolve claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
  • Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a minimum of few years of related experience
  • Experience in electronics/semiconductor/distribution industry preferred
  • Expert knowledge of customer needs, products and complexity of business services
  • Computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Good English level
