About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop customer pricing strategies supporting profitable revenue growth across strategic accounts
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to provide pricing guidance and commercial support on key opportunities and negotiations
  • Lead financial modelling and evaluation of customer pricing agreements and contracts
  • Analyse pricing performance, customer profitability and contract effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations supporting commercial decision-making
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviours and competitive activity to inform pricing strategy
  • Drive adoption of pricing tools, pricing governance processes and intelligent pricing capabilities
  • Support contract renewals, pricing reviews and strategic account planning activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Finance and Pricing teams globally
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing pricing effectiveness and business performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience within Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics or a related commercial discipline
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to influence profitability and business performance
  • Experience developing pricing recommendations and supporting commercial decision-making through analysis and modelling
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
  • Experience working with customer pricing agreements, commercial contracts or strategic account pricing
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using pricing or analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Experience within electronics distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing or wider B2B environments (desirable)
  • Knowledge of pricing optimisation methodologies and intelligent pricing solutions (desirable)
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, CRM systems or commercial analytics platforms (desirable)
  • Experience supporting multinational sales organisations and global stakeholders (desirable)
