About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise and prioritize daily team activities across Customer Returns (RMA), RMA Credits, RMA PRN Resolution Failure Analysis / QFS, Warranty Repairs, Factory Drop Ship Billing, and SOX and SOC Audit Support
  • Build and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce capable of supporting multiple operational processes
  • Develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning
  • Ensure service levels, operational metrics, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, knowledge management practices, and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process effectiveness while identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues and improve outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to resolve issues and improve business outcomes
  • Take ownership of end-to-end outcomes
  • Drive disciplined process documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver on service level commitments and operational objectives
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 6+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
  • Experience or knowledge relevant to Customer Returns (RMA), RMA Credits, RMA PRN Resolution Failure Analysis / QFS, Warranty Repairs, Factory Drop Ship Billing, and SOX and SOC Audit Support
  • Ability to supervise and prioritize daily team activities
  • Ability to build and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce
  • Ability to develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning
