About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for and contribute to the efficient and effective running of the CHANEL account
Promote business objectives and work toward personal and team targets
Provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and further sales opportunities
Offer customer database enrollment while maintaining confidentiality
Achieve and exceed retail sales goals through product knowledge, introductions, and cross-selling across skincare, makeup, and fragrances
Develop strong customer interactions and empower customers through differentiated brand experiences
Identify customer profiles and needs and propose and sell new products across skincare, makeup, and fragrances
Assist in analyzing sales results to identify business opportunities and growth areas
Build the account by achieving and exceeding sales targets and increasing sales volume and productivity
Perform expert CHANEL makeovers and skincare diagnoses and provide detailed fragrance information
Assist with stock control and inventory management, including stocking shelves, receiving and storing deliveries, and asset protection
Manage testers and samples and communicate replenishment needs
Maintain CHANEL grooming, uniform, merchandising, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
Complete CHANEL induction, training, and Inside Beauty app courses
Ensure products are visually appealing, correctly priced, and merchandised according to brand and store guidelines
Support team success through reliability, flexibility, information sharing, meetings, trainings, and briefings
Maintain confidentiality when required by trainers and supervisors
During the three-month probationary period, achieve sales goals, complete training, maintain grooming standards, replenish stock, follow planograms, and maintain a clean boutique

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two to Five years of experience in retail sales performing as a sales associate for fragrances and beauty products
Fluent speaker: English & Spanish
Ideally: Mandarin
Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM, PM), Saturdays and/or Sundays
Knowledgeable in makeup and skincare application techniques
Proactive and autodidact
Ability to communicate fluidly in English during the three-month probationary period
