About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
  • Grow the Awaze UK cottages.com portfolio by signing high-quality properties across Dartmouth
  • Strengthen Awaze and cottages.com brand presence in the regional holiday market
  • Contribute to UK growth plans and commercial performance
  • Work remotely, manage an independent schedule, and maintain close collaboration with UK offices and colleagues
  • Travel regularly across Dartmouth and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to other locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be based in or around Dartmouth
  • Full, clean driving licence required
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a commercially driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence to influence and negotiate
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Comfortable using data and analytical tools to inform decisions
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Genuine curiosity about the market and competitors
  • Experience in the leisure, travel, or holiday rental sector is advantageous but not essential
