About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth within the collision repair industry for the Economy and Value Segment
  • Identify, develop, and convert new paint system opportunities within collision centers for distribution partners
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
  • Manage and retain customer accounts through distribution partners and direct customer engagement
  • Serve as a primary customer resource for product knowledge, application support, and technical troubleshooting
  • Support customer installations, onboarding, painter certification, and product implementation
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical training sessions, and best-practice workshops
  • Communicate the value of products, color technologies, services, and training programs
  • Partner with sales, distribution, and technical teams to drive conversions and retention
  • Maintain accurate account activity and opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Diagnose and resolve product-performance, application, and process-related challenges
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Economy Segment products and market trends
  • Manage selling expenses within budget guidelines
  • Demonstrate safety leadership and PPE compliance
  • Travel up to 75% and conduct onsite visits at customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of Automotive Refinish, collision repair, or related experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong understanding of collision repair operations, paint systems, and distribution channels
  • Experience in business development, technical support, account management, or customer training
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and successful in autonomous work environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Local presence in Texas, preferably San Antonio or Dallas
  • Not eligible for relocation or sponsorship
