About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Demonstrate new and existing products to distributors and end-users
- Plan, coordinate, and lead system trials for target end-users
- Install paint systems and support equipment, including mixing machines and colour tools, for end-users
- Provide technical and colour support to distributors and end-users
- Promote Axalta brand products among existing and target end-users
- Identify and resolve application enquiries raised by distributors or end-users
- Train new and existing end-users in Axalta products
- Maintain and grow volumes from the existing customer base
- Expand the customer base for the territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Trade certificate in vehicle spray painting
- Minimum of 6 years spray painting experience
- Experience dealing with refinish-related issues in the automotive marketplace
- PC experience in Windows and Office environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Very good people skills
- Prepared to travel regionally
- High level of self-motivation
