About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Professionally manage all Axians spares and RMA processes
- Establish and maintain the Basingstoke Depot
- Understand and explain annuity contract renewal and quoting processes
- Maintain a customer-focused approach
- Update the Axians Service Desk for contracts and Adds, Moves and Changes
- Complete product registration and vendor install base updates
- Manage courier and Axians BAU relationships
- Reconcile monthly Rico spares movement reports
- Provide backup for Indigo field engineering services reporting and Field Engineering BAU
- Produce and assist with operational reports, including Juniper rebate/open RMA, Service Delivery Manager, open engineer tasks, open collections, customer inventory, open restock tasks and open incident subtasks
- Provide cover within the team as required
- Attend relevant training courses
- Promote the Axians brand
- Ensure adherence to quality, information security and ESG management systems
- Demonstrate Axians’ values in internal and external interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to understand annuity contract renewal and quoting processes and explain them to others
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to update the Axians Service Desk, including Contracts and Adds, Moves and Changes
- Product registration and vendor install base update knowledge
- Experience or ability to manage spares and RMA processes
- Ability to manage the Basingstoke Depot
- Ability to manage relationships between couriers and Axians
- Ability to reconcile monthly Rico spares movement reports
- Ability to reconcile monthly Indigo field engineering services reports
- Ability to provide backup for Field Engineering BAU
- Ability to prepare and maintain operational reports
- Willingness to attend relevant training courses
- Adherence to Axians’ Management System Manual for Quality (ISO 9001), InfoSec (ISO 27001) and ESG (ISO 14001)
